Crescent Appoints Manager of Client Relations
Crescent Health Solutions has appointed Sherri Sutton to Manager of Client Relations. In her new role, Ms. Sutton will be the direct liaison between Crescent clients and TPA operations, focusing on client relationships, issues resolution, and special projects that support the operational needs of the customer.
“Sherri is a well-respected member of our team with a keen ability to understand how each area of operations within Crescent is connected and how those operations affect our clients on a daily basis,” said Desiree Greene, Crescent’s Vice President of Operations and Business Development. “She understands how important it is to deliver high quality customer service to our clients and enrolled members,”
Ms. Sutton is a graduate of N.C. State University with a B.S. in Economics and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
