Office Specialist

 

Crescent Health Solutions seeks a support person to assist with daily operations, including front desk receptionist duties, answering phone, processing mail, and assisting the claims department.

 

Applicant must have excellent customer service skills. It is essential that the applicant be flexible and always willing to complete other tasks as assigned. Experience with health claims is a plus.

 

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, minimum of three years’ experience in an office environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with office equipment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be attentive to details, and be able to work with a diverse group of people and in a team environment.
